we are in tele radiology industry. whether tele radiology industry attract GST?

That is hospital sent CT or MRI images and our doctors report based on images. diagnosis through tele. we received professional service income from hospital and we pay professional fee to doctors

Yes, GST will be applicable in your case. 

If your turnover crosses the threshold limit prescribed under the act.
