Applicability of Get on Rent
A person has turnover more than 1crore and his Rental Income is 10000 per month, Whether he is required to collect Gst.

If such rental income is related to a residential property, GST is exempted. In case of commercial properties, yes, you need to collect GST.

Petrol /deisel truck rent income gst applicable?
yes GST is applicable on petrol/diesel truck on rent.
Note : Its petrol/diesel is not cover in GST but rental services attracts GST.
kindly note : Transportation of Goods by road services is Exempted, if the same is provided other then GTA
Where truck is given on rent GST is applicable.
Where such means of transport is provided for hire to a GTA then such hire/rent is exempt
