Applicability of excise if goods marketed by me

Dear Sir,

 I want to use my brand name on goods as marketed by our firm but such goods are  manufactured by another firm.

My query is Whether I am liable for Exice as its machinery spare parts for agriculture products?

We are showing Purchases from the party and sales as applicable, but we just want to know whether our firm is liable for Exice as we are using marketed by our firm.
