Could anyone tell whether the new Companies Act, 2013 (along with Rules & Forms) is applicable for CS December, 2014 examination ?

Yes.. The Companies Act, 2013 (Act 18 of 2013) is applicable for all levels of CS course from December 2014 onwards. Please find the attachment.
