Dear Sir / Madam,

I am very confused regarding the applicabilty of Companies Act 2013 for CS Executive Exam in December 2014.Please guide me....

I am in a dilema... plz reply at the earliest

Yes.. The Companies Act, 2013 (Act 18 of 2013) is applicable for all levels of CS course from December 2014 onwards. Please find the attachment.
