Please can anyone confirm whether CARO 2004 is applicable for coming nov2008 PE-II exams or not?
If it's applicable then please confirm the list of companies to which CARO 2004 would be applicable.
Also please mention the relevant changes in amounts if applicable.

CARO 2004 is applicable for Nov-08 exams. You can refer RTP of Nov 07 for the amendments in CARO.
It is applicable to all companies except the companies notified in the order.

But there is no announcement regarding the applicability of CARO 2004 for the coming PE-II nov2008 exam in the RTP for this attempt.
Can you please provide me with relevant announcement and amendments to prove that i have to prepare CARO 2004 and not CARO 2003?
