Applicability of CARO2004 for nov2008 PE-II exams

CARO 2004 is applicable for Nov-08 exams. You can refer RTP of Nov 07 for the amendments in CARO.

It is applicable to all companies  except the companies notified in the order.

But there is no announcement regarding the applicability of CARO 2004 for the coming PE-II nov2008 exam in the RTP for this attempt.

Can you please provide me with relevant announcement and amendments to prove that i have to prepare CARO 2004 and not CARO 2003?

Please take it as very urgent and forward me the relevant amendments in CARO applicable for coming nov 2008 AUDIT paper as i havenot study CARO as yet and its very short time available for preparation.
