Whether gst is applicable on professional fees paid to an individual under sec 194J?

Yes GST is applicable on professional fees along with 194J

Yes gst is there in proffestional but there's is some expemption to some proffestional where's gst not applicable

You check professional fees invoice which will mention GST added. GST is applicable. please note that you do get ITC.

Yes , it is applicable at the rate of 18%
