Please give the clarification A company applied for Vat Regn. on 21st July and got VAT Certification effective from Aug 1st, if the company purchase on 21st July whether they can claim the input or not as per AP Vat act.

See date on vat registration certificate. You can take only input credit from the date of registration certificate.
