What is the late fee in case of failure to file Form AOC 4 within due date? Is it charged per day basis? How much is the maximum late fee?

Due date of filing the form AOC-4 is 30 Days from the date of Annual General Meeting, but considering the ongoing COIVD-19 situation the MCA has extended the date of filing the form till 31st December, 2021. Other than the additional fees which is 100 Rs. per day, other than this under Section 137 (3) the ROC can impose a fine of Rs. 10000 on Company and on each responsible person.
