If AOC 4 & MGT 7A of FY 2021-22 has not been filed, then whether he can file AOC 4 & MGT 7A of FY 2022-23.
And what is the remedy for FY 2021-22

Yes, He can file after the due date. But, before filling of 22-23.
Penalty is applicable, and it's very huge amount.
