Aoc-4

In AOC-4 of a Holding Company, by mistake I had made tick on "NO" instead of "YES" in point no. 12 whether consolidated financial statements required or not?  and I have filed the said form

Its consolidated financial statements is to be filed in AOC-4 CFS but due to "NO" option I am not able to file CFS Form

Please let me know how I rectify the said mistake.
