any possibility for dummy articleship?

IPCC 1733 views 6 replies

I have switched over to PCC and undergoing articleship at present.  My CS finals are due next year and my principal is not at all prepare to give me atleast a month leave when exams are conducted. I thought to quit articleship for one month and later on to re-register under new principal but I am not keen to continue as article clerk

i hav joined CFA coaching and they  are conducted just 2 days a week and that too in the evening after 6.30 and in the morning i hav to study my CS finals. I am following the ICAI rulz and working atleast 6 hours but hardly one/twice a month it happens..... rest entire month i work from 8 to 8-9 night and that too including sundays. I want to complete CS finals and CFA  Level 1 and that is impossible under this scenario.

I have seen on caclub many members still going dummy and escape out with not much difficulty....is it possible to go dummy even under PCC??? and yes, then i wud realy appreciate and request help to get me out of this mess with a solution..please...:(

u can take leave

but dummy option is not good

it is good if u take dummy under any close relative

it is upon ur or ur father's if they arrange for dummy

where am i saying no to articleship? I am doing articleship since past one year... earlier as a PE2 student and now PCC. difference is the rulz laid by institute which was smooth earlier rather now where all students [pe2..pcc and cpt] are ranged in one scale and payed too miserably [earlier i used to get 4000 even before pe2 and applying as an article clerk]....now u can't argue with what comes to u...only option for me is to do dummy...since i have gained reasonably good experience past one year and current 9 months.

I have a close relative who is ready to furnish me as dummy but how can he do?? under so many forms and regulations how can he too escape being caught?? dats m askin!!!!!!!!!....icai has made it tough now..

i hope this is a very confidential matter which is to discussed

please dont post forum

for any queries regarding critical issues lik this

u can use PM

i hope its better rather than forum

Well Chirag u r already breaking regulation i.e. is institute allows only one course with CA and u r already persuing two CS & CFA (I hope u have filled form 112 for at least one of them)

Secondly, if u want holiday for two months u can terminate your articleship for that period i.e. u can extend ur training period

Do not take example of other people if any of them is breaking the stipulations because if he is jumping in the well that does not means you have to jump in the well too
