Under ANY circumstances, you cannot get the copy of your answer sheets...
No, it is not possible to get back our checked answer-sheets even after results declaration.

I would like to know whether a CA student can obtain certified copies of answersheets of examination. As per Delhi high court judgment student can obtain copies of answershee asit comes under the preview of RTI Act.Please let me know what is the recent position?

i think Earlier, there was so. But later through some court ruling it is not possible to see our own answer sheets
No we can't our answer sheet.
But i think there should be a department at each ICAI Regional Branch where we can get our answer sheet verified by Responsible official personally in front of us.
Is there any procedure to get a copy of our checked answer scriptt?
