Hello all

i ve one doubt pertains to C- form issuance. example: if A sold goods to B against C- Form and its invoice value rs.100000. later B issued C Form for Rs. 70,000 only, Now please let us know B can issue another C-Form for 30,000 or He has to amend the same for 100000 by returning to the sales authorities

we are awaiting for your reply.

C form can be ammended and any alteration made by the purchaser i.e issuing dealer on the C form can be verified by the purchasing dealer by signing the alteration as the alteration on cheque is attested with signatures. That will suffice and satisfy the authorities. There is one C form for one quator for one person under CST Act no need to issue another C form.
