Annual tds return is it mandatory ? what is the due date?

Can anyone confirm if it is mandatory to file Annual TDS Return if you are filing Quarterly TDS Return ? Also let me know the due date for filing?

When you are filing quarterly returns then there is no need ti file anually u/s 200 (3)/206C. As far as I know. If im wrong pls correct me

No need to file annual return, now only quartelry return is file.

if i have not file Quarterly tds return so therfore i fill annual nil Tds return please correct me ...but i am now not filling annualy nil return please guide me..about this metter..

Now a Days i find new quarry About tds new website Traces(tdscpc.gov.in) i Can fill my Tds revised return but the new site Traces can not performs well that how i can download consolidated fill i prosses that same as tutoriales shown me but Traces download button not active that how can i fill my return of revised the same i update on Traces that i am not Download from tin-nsdl and all of 16-16a forms too. please any one help me about this...
