what are the documents to enclosed for the annual ROC filing by a private limited company?

Profit and loss a/c, balance sheet and annual return of a compnay having share capital. These have to be submitted electronically along with Form 20b, form 23ac, form 23aca.

Apart from above, if the Company is having paid up share capital which exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs but is less than Rs. 2 crores then a Compliance certificate from a Practising Company Secretary has to be obtainted and filed in Form 66.

Thanks for the reply sir. I want to know one more thing, whether the signed p&l & BS should be scanned and sent or just the finalised excel data converted to pdf can be sent?

There is no need the scan the document. U simply need to convert the excel file of P/L and B/S into pdf form and attach the same to Form 23AC and 23ACA and obviously Annual Return has to be scanned and then attached to Form 20B.

I want to know what will be the ROC Action in case of late filling.

late filling means approx 10 year late filling.

I want to upload form 20B, 23AC, 23ACA from 1998 to 2008.

what will be the consequences. execpt late filling fees.
