Recently i got one company which is registered in 19/12/2014. and till date Annual Return and Statement not filed to MCA.
My query is if i Filed Annual Return and Statement then What Penalty and Prosecution imposed by MCA as per Companies Act 2013.
As per section 96 of the NA 2013, the first AGM can be held within a period of 9 months from the end of financial year. Hence, no question of penalty arises, as of date..

THERE IS SOME CLERICAL MISTAKE COMPANY IS INCORPORATE DT 19/02/2014. IN THAT CASE WHAT ARE THE PENALTY IMPOSE BY ROC.
