There are GENERALLY three forms which forms part of Annual Return viz. - Form No. 20B, Form No. 23AC & Form No. 23ACA.
(You can download these from www.mca.gov.in - along with Guidelines / Instructions)
Form No. 20B - You have to attach ROC Annual Return's physical copy to this form. Ensure that physical copy is signed by any two Directors along with Director's stamp.
Form No. 23AC - Physical copy of Audit Report, Balance Sheet along with Schedules is required. You have to attach them to form.
Form No. 23ACA - Physical copy of P&L Account along with Schedules, if any are required to attach.
