Can anyone tell me, why we prepare AIR, because as per section 285ba, it is for some specific transaction which is generally not related to common business, these transaction is normally for SB a/c tr., credit tr., share issue etc. But in my company, I am preparing AIR, but when I started , then found that everything is different than above section, WHY? I want to know, under which section, I needs to prepare it, whether it is prepared only when IT notice come under section 143, or we can provide to IT Deptt. without any compulsion.
