Annual filings with ROC and due dates of the same for private limited company
please guide regarding the annual filings with ROC of the private limited company and the due date of the same....

AOC-4 to be filed within 30 days of AGM and MGT-7 within 60 days of AGM. Last date to hold AGM is 30th Sept.
only 2 forms are to be filed with ROC?????
These are annual forms which are filed every year.. Apart from this, there are many forms which are event based. Also, if company has appointed auditor in AGM then ADT-1 is also filed within 15 days of agm
