Question relates to name of mother you can write" Mummy" its working and for other deatil you should have either DIN approval letter or DIN appication form, if not you can verify it from the MCA portal with DIN number of the director.

And thanafter any discrupancy in it you should vary the information like. if the name of director is Jatin but it might be possible that one has filed it as Jatinkumar. same will be apply to other names. the link is as under
