If a company intends to file form 23 AC & 23 ACA for 2013-2014. What details should be entered in the e-forms regarding the directors who are singning the balanc sheet and Director's report, if the person who was director earlier is no more a director in the company. All are new directors.
Financial statements for that particular year must be signed by the directors who held post in that period and accordingly e forms must be filed in the names of those directors only.
Thanks for the response sir. But now those directors are nomore the directors in the company and hence e-form (i.e. 23AC) is showing error of Invalid DIN.
