Can we approve the annual accounts and regularising appointment of additional directors in in EGM Meeting?
Hi,
As per section 210 it is mandatory to lay down Annual Accounts in the Annual General Meeting for adoption by shareholders. So an EGM can’t approve Annual Accounts.
However regularization of Additional Director in EGM is very much possible.

both transaction relate to AGM so ne need to call EGM.

Approval of Annual Account is Agenda item of AGM. However you can regularize the additional director before AGM at any other General Meeting.
