Annexure j1 for non vat audit dealers

Hello every1 !! ...

Anyone please help me wit the below problem:

All the sales of my client are to Non Tin Holder Customers. So, while filling up Annexure J1, I enter values only in the Sr No.1000 (where Sales to Non Tin Holder Customer is given) and leave all the other cells blank in Annx J1. But when I press "VALIDATE &GEN REM FILE" in the Home Sheet, error occurs stating "Option selected as Yes  But No entries in the Sheet  >> J1 Anx"

Please help as to whether there is any alternate way of filing the form ?
