You have to wait for the rules regarding minimum paid up capital etc. to be notified by CG in this regard.

Excellent work  !!!

Now looking for government working for framing rules and regulatons and issuing notifiactions for defining and implementing the new bill.

One big issue is still lacking, there was initative to mandate signing of annual report by practising company secretaries. So, no big hope for practising company secretaries.
