An event management co get itc from other state of hotel ?

Sir, we booked hotel for accomodation & food for my Client to uttrakhand property. Hotel charged me CGST 9% & SGST 9% at their bills of uttrakhand. and we billed to my client at uttar pradesh like CGST 9% & SGST 9%. I have GSTIN No. of Uttar Pradesh. 

May we get the full ITC CGST 9% & SGST 9% of Hotels Accomodation & Foods or only CGST 9% or nothing else ?
