An Embassy Purchased Vehicle and GST refund form GST department

An Embassy Purchased  a  Vehicle and  get GST refund form GST department. What is the time limit when embassy liable to deposit back GST amount to GST department if said vehicle sold out by Embassy with in 3 year or said employee left the embassy within 3 years from the date of joining.
