One of our clients has made a mistake while filing GSTR 1 for the month of March 2018.They had shown the invoice amount as 1,05,00,000 instead of 1,02,00,000.So they have ammended this invoice while filing GSTR 1 for the month of June 2018.
To file the annual return for the FY 2018-19,I have downloaded the GSTR 9 summary tables. There the annual turnover is reduced by 3,00,000.But in the GSTR 1 summary tables download, correct turnover is shown.
Why is it so..
Please suggest me as to how to solve this issue.

See the tables fully, Your amended value shown in amended table...
Kindly check table 4L (For Amended figures) & Tally the turnover by figure autopopulated in table 5N.
