I have exemption in fr in May 2017.but now it has been withdrawn. Please tell me ammendment of Nov 2017 and May Nov 2018.

RBI norms regarding provisioning of NBFCs is one of the change.
You can refer Parveen Jindal Sir's classes on YouTube. There are many amendments since then, including in financial instruments
