Amendments after the finance Act,2009 and relevant for IPCC Nov 2010 attempt?

Hi frnds, I'm an IPCC students and my attempt is due in Nov 2010, Can anybody pls provide me latest amendments which took place after the finance act 2009 and relevant for nov 2010 IPCC exams? I've no knowledge of any such amendments. i'm bit confused and I'll be highly thankful for any help regarding this.
