for Add New Two Partner purpose we have already apply for amendment our GSt Certificate and Department issued ARN No. against this . After 15 Days GST issue REG-03 Form . and The Department Said he has examined application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

Business Details - Details of your Business-Others (Please specify) - PLEASE UPLOAD ORIGINAL

PARTNERSHIP DEED ALONG WITH ORIGINAL PAN CARDS OF ALL THE PARTNERS FOR

VERIFICATION.

Business Details - Details of your Business-Constitution of Business - Constitution of Business does

not match with the proof attached. Kindly correct the same.

First point is Ok we uploaded our NEW PARTNERSHIP DEED ALONG WITH ORIGINAL PAN CARDS OF ALL THE PARTNERS but Senond point is not clear which documents Department Required???
