Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 12th october 2012 amended The (Filing of documents and forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2011.
These Rules will be called as The Companies (Filing of documents and forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Amendment Rules, 2012.These rules will come into force wef. 14th October 2012.
