Amendment from proprietorship to partnership
Can any one amend the constitution of business from proprietorship to partnership using same GSTIN? What is the procedure?

No, it cannot be done using the same GSTIN as there is a change in the constitution of business. A new GSTIN to be obtained in the name of the firm.
Proprietor ship formed with a single pan.Which may his personal pan,or in the legal name of the firm.who may entered in the partnership or board of directors of a company, with his individual pan at the same time
