Am i not eligible for nov 2011 xams ?

Freinds

I have got my roll no. for CA FInal Nov 2011 Exams. But ICAI's new notification has led me into trouble. According to it, i am not eligilble bcoz my name is not there in the list. According to me it whould be there bcoz i have convereted from PCC to IPCC & this is my first Final attempt

is this notification is applicable to all candidates who converted from pcc to ipcc and giving their first final attempt??
