Dear Naveen,

Fluency in speaking will lead to better delivery of the thoughts/ideas. But, important thing is your (ideas/thoughts) expert knowledge in concepts and ethics. But, fluency & tongue power can help to express them better. However,  clarity of subject knowledge and consequent expression of opinion are very important rather than fluency in talking. Further focus on your strengths and not weaknesses. (if the above are good the difficulty in speaking can be easily overcome).  (pl. note successful peoples ignored their weakness and lived with their strengths)

Infact CA is the ideal career option for you if you are passionate about it. One of my CA friend has the same problem but now he is practicing successfully as a partner in a ca firm. People will respect for your knowllege and give a patient hearing. You may also consider consulting a speech therapist as sometimes it is curable.

I have also the same problem of stammering usually under pressure, sometimes I express my views properly but usually I face this problem, but there are so many great personalities with same problem so dont worry, talent is always counted.

I also want to say that concentrate on your strength then weakness will be thrown away.And cure it if curable.

I am practiceing with a CA who is doing practice in indirect taxes. He is only one person in our locality who is practiceing in IDT, he has came from belgum (Karnataka ) hence he is not fluent in marathi. While advising clients he use to take lot of pause many times he dont remember d words. Still he is a successful n most famous CA. Hence I would like to say that its imp that u need proper knowledge of subject that fluent speaking. Hence dont worry just build ur knowledge base u ll a successful CA

This is nothing a by above two lines you can easily understand about my communication but I am not worrying for that I am doing CA I will became succefull CA for this the communication important but it may be 1% not even 50% then don't think these things and don't hear these kind of advices from any one in this manner if any body said take this as challenge and try to change as much you can in these 5years(around) rest with god 

 

But don't forgot try try until you reach the destination of mount in between lot of things will happend but if stoped for that then you will not able to reach so don't give up for these small thing which doesn't matter at all...........

Yes try to concentrate on your strenghts

CA profession is concept oriented and not totally depends upon fluent english, see our study is dipest one and required thorough knowledge of perticular subject after gaining such knowledge your confidence level will improve and it will help in fluent english speaking gradually. I am also facing the same problem but i know no one have born with all perfects. And as told earlier pls focus on your stength and not weekness.

Stammering is nothing to do with the knowledge base u have and in my opinion thats most important. I am sure one day you would surely become a very successful CA. All d Best dear !!! Do hard work & you will definitly be rewarded

Whenever someone telling about giving up i think our countries one more potential human resourse going to lost. You will be one of the famou person in the society. Think wise, keep distance from persons who diverting your thoughts or mind. Best of luck

Hii naveen,if u hv determination to succeed den u ll surely succeed irrespective of ur weekness and one more thing stammering problem is curable and speech therapists are experts in dealing in this type of problem and even Hrithik Roshan had the problem of stammering in his childhood so i would suggest u better consult some specialists......
