Hi, as you mentioned you provide many type of services to clients directly, here as per GST law you need to take registration only if your total value of services from all services is more than Rs. 20 lakhs annually.
If total turnover less than Rs.20 lk then you don't need to take registration or if you currently registered into Service tax/vat then you should migrate yourself into GST.
