Am I eligible for ITC?

I am registered person under GST. As per my registration certificate, my liability for registration arose on 1.8.17 and I received my certificate on 5.9.17.

My query is whether I am eligible for ITC on the inputs received between 1.8.17 and 5.9.17???

As per rule, Yes.
But, GSTN portal not support and it's effect on or after the "Date of Issue of Certificate"....

It's very complicate....

That means do I need to file GSTR-3B , GSTR-1 and GSTR-2 for August too?

No way for the return filing in portal. The return dashboard can't view option for August. It's view only September....

Bcoz, I get it same in July Registration and certificate date is August and return dashboard shown August month.....
