yes restriction is on supply out side the state
u can go for it

Hi,

You are eligible for composition registration under gst, if your turnover below 20 lakhs.

composition dealers can purchase from other state and can't sale to other state. You can sale only within state.

i purchase from outside state and i pays freight charges then RCM is applicable to me can i then also opt for composition?

if u have opening stock which have been purchased from interstate thn u cant go for composition

Any tax payable under Reverse Charge Mechanism will not
be covered under the scheme. These taxes will be liable to be
paid as a normal taxpayer.

In My view for above said my liked question -
No, Not available for return goods to Out side State. Then, What can we do...?!!!
That's is the Checkmate for the business under GSTN You Know...!
The Govt ll be all businesses insert into GST. But, Govt is not says directly to Business people . So, these checkmate ll be automatically insert under GSTN for all businesses....

when u purchase goods interstate.u will b allowed composition scheme.condition is if supplier is registered n if he is not registered u have to pay input tax under RCM thn only u will be eligible for composition
