Here is a Pvt. Co.. Due to volumes of documents and busy schedule of Directors, they are not able to sign all documents. Is it right to affix Signatured rubber stamp of Director on Minutes of Board meetings and Share Certificates. what can be other alternatives. Pleace advice.

not possible. anybody can misuse it. Not valid.
Dear Aditya,
We can understand the very busy schedule of directors, but they are under obligation by the Companies Act, itself to sign these documents.
Board minutes are to be signed by the Chairman of the Meeting.
And u/s 84 the Valid share certificate shall bare the signs of 2 directors and 1 Auth signatory.
So sorry guys, no alternative but to save time to sign these docs.
