hi friends,
i had a query in regards to contribution of certain amount towards unrecognised P.F by the employer ,whether on actual payment the contribution is allowable under the Income tax act ??If yes,under which section it is allowable??
According to me it is not allowable,share your views,asap.....

for employess, no deduction
for employer no deduction as payment to pf , but they can add the same to salary
nope any payment to an unrecognised pf is not allowed as a deduction as per income tax act...
