This is AnilReddy, I registered for CS executive (on January 2016) and also paid exam fee but not written my 1st attempt exam Tell me can I eligible to get All India Rank in my second attempt Emai:anillreddy.8888 @ gmail.com

Yes, u can get it. Study harder. U are eligible for AIR if u clear both groups in one stroke. AIR is like just highest marks in both group of that attempt.
