Agriculture income

Dear expert i m govt. servant i received salary of rs 110000 per month i have a land of about 10 acre and i received the income from that land since 2004 i have not show the detail of that agriculture income in my income tax return , now i want to show the previous agriculture income since 2004 , how can i. show that
