AGM at shorter notice

Hey all
Can be AGM be held at shorter notice...if yes what are the documentations to be prepared??

hi.. all general meetings including AGM can be held at shorter notice.. approval of at least 95% of total number of shareholders required.. this shorter notice consent is the only document required in addition to regular AGM documents..
