AGM and NOTICE Date

It is not mandatory to maintain 21 days in between notice and AGM for a private company.....

Except in case of shorter notice, minimum clear 21 days time gap has to be maintained between the date of AGM and the date of Notice.

my date of incorporation is 18.05.2010 and i had shown first agm on 4.11.2011 further uploaded the annual return for 2010-11. further kindly guide me the dates of nex agm's .

Can date of signing the notice of EGM be different then the Board Meeting date in which the agenda for calling the egm was taken?
