In calculations of aggregate turnover inward and outward both include in aggregate turnover?

one more doubt please sole if inward supply under RCM tax not pay than it count in aggregate turnover? Definition says that tax pay under RCM Than not count.

aggregate turnover does not includes Inward supply under RCM .
no supply under RCM not count if you make supplies only of those which are taxable under RCM as reg will not be required ,but if make different type of supply then supply under RCM also count.
Main ye bol raha Hu ki me RCM me liable hu part mene tax government ko pay nahi Kiya he tax Mera outstanding he. Mene inward supply liya jisme me liable hu tax pay karneke liya par mene tax nahi pay Kiya government ko tab add Hoga?
In GSTR 3B there is separate option to pay GST on RCM basis.
