unregistered dealer , Should I take full financial year turnover or only turnover of Quarter 4 , I am little confuse with this

Which is your transaction in PY. You ll enter the values only...
If your start the business on Jan 17. You ll be enter the details in Jan,Feb and Mar 17 based transactions...
Also enter next column in Apr, May and Jun 2017 details...
Turn Over : Basic Value only. Not in Tax value...

Yes It's reflected in your IT return. If you ll be file Your ITR then you can show the same value in GST turn over...
