Yes it is excluding tax to be taken in GSTR 1 for the aggregrate turn over. Only taxable values are taken.
is turn over is for one location of a company division or will be turn over as a whole for the company clubbing turnover of all locations to be filled in GSTR1 FOR APRIL'18
