If a person has purchasing Assets and freight charges are included in purchase bills then can it not be necessary to deduct the tds under 194C ??? pls suggest whether to deduct or not if the amount for the whole exceeds 100000..

TDS u/s 194Q will be applicable on purchase of assets. If freight is not being charged separately, it means that there is no need to pay amount of freight to transporter and thus in this case TDS u/s 194C doesn't arise.
