I have completed my +2 and i will be writing my cpt exam in feb
I want to do my articleship in one of the big4.
i want to know whether i will be able to get into any of the big4.
Is there any minimum marks that i should get in cpt to get into any of the big4.If so what is it?
I am from cbse background and i have an aggregate of 94.4 in my +2 exam.Will this work in my favour to get into the big4.
Is it good to do my articleship in any of the big4.

Doing articleship in a big 4 will give u lot of exposrure. You need to give some reference and your exam marks should also be good. At the same time medium sized firms also give you good exposure on various areas. Try for big 4 first, if u dont get then, go for some other big firms. There are indeed very good ones.

hi sreenivas i vl suggest u nt to go to big firm bcoz over there u hv to wrk a lot nd u wnt get tym to study nd this 15 mnths is very short to cover pcc syllabus so its better to wrk in small firms nd concentrate on ur studies. By wrkng in small firm also u wld get gud exposure.

Hi, I wpuld suggest you to go to some medium size firm:- (1) Big 4 gives exposure in one particular field only. (2) Medium size firms gives exposure to all the possible fields. This is my personal opinion , which varies from individual to individual. Best Regards. Amit Sharma

FOR JOING ING IN BIG 4 +2 MARKS ARE IRRELAVENT. FIRST YOU CONCENTATE ON YOUR STUDIES. IF YOU GET GOOD MARKS IN CPT AND HAVING GOOD COMMUNICATON SKILLS EASELY YOU CAN GET ARTICLES IN BIG 4.

+2 maks really doesnt matter.. wat ever the exposure u get anywr, its all upon u to handle studies and work,so try to manage these.. go for mid size firm itself.. all the best..
