Advice me on this matter

CAn anyone advice me on the matter... If any student gets the copies under RTI act.and in copies there is a totaling mistake due to which exemption comes ..will he or she get it...and wats the procedure??? My friend gv May exams, she failed and apply for Revaluation she got letter from institute that no change in marks. After that she apply for answer book In RTI and got Xerox of all answer book , now she found that in FM there is totaling mistake and due to which exemption come...she contact to institute but thay don't give any response now what she can do...??? plz advice
